If the link indicator is blinking red, ensure that the skin resistance is correct and that the vibration transmitters are properly placed on your skin. -
Reset the Device
Perform a reset.

Make sure the vibration transmitters are correctly seated in their housing. -
Use Conductive Lotion
Apply a conductive lotion to improve skin contact with the vibration transmitters.
