If your NEOOS® is not reaching the desired battery life, here is a quick guide with different options that you can try to solve the issue.
Please follow these steps one by one:
1. ⚡ Charge your NEOOS® for at least 5 hours using the original data cable and original power adapter!
2. 🔉 Lower the volume and reduce the brightness!
3. 🧴 Check if the skin resistance is correct and ensure the vibration pads are properly in contact with your skin!
4. 💧 Have you drunk enough water?
5. 🧘♂️ Monitor your stress levels. Avoid excessive tension and stress.
6. 💆♀️ Use a conductive lotion to ensure good skin contact with the NEOOS®.
