How to Reset Your NEOOS® Device

NEOOS®11

To reset your NEOOS®11:

1. First, unlock the display if it’s locked.

2. Then press and hold the side button.

3. Keep holding it for 10–15 seconds, until the screen turns black.

⚠️ Important:
If a message appears asking whether you want to shut down the device, ignore it and keep holding the side button until the reset is complete.

NEOOS®Lite

To reset your device:

1. Press and hold the On/Off button AND the Volume + or – button at the same time.

2. Keep holding for about 10 seconds, until the device powers off and all LED lights go out.

3. Once turned off, you can restart the device as normal.

💡 Tip:
You can also reset the device via the charging cable.
When connected, the NEOOS® will automatically restart itself after the reset.
