My NEOOS® Does Not Have Enough Free Storage Space

This issue is due to a characteristic of the Apple operating system (macOS), which may result in your NEOOS® showing no available storage space even though no files are visible. Here’s why this can happen and how you can resolve it:

If your computer indicates that there is not enough storage space on the NEOOS®, simply empty the trash while the NEOOS® is still connected to your computer.

Often, deleted files on Apple computers remain in the trash, blocking storage space on the NEOOS®.

Tip:
If you have emptied the trash and the NEOOS® still shows storage space issues, check how many files are currently loaded onto the NEOOS® and if any are hidden in folders. It is recommended to keep no more than 30 files on the NEOOS® for optimal performance.

Once your NEOOS® is properly loaded, disconnect it from your computer and restart it. This will allow it to update the loaded data.
