If your NEOOS® device does not power on, follow these step-by-step instructions to try and resolve the issue yourself:
✅ Self-Check Instructions:

Press and hold the ON/OFF button for at least 2 seconds!

Charge your NEOOS® for at least 5 hours using the original power adapter!

Perform a reset at least 3 times!

Check and adjust the brightness setting if necessary!
➤ Is my NEOOS®11 defective or do I just need to adjust the brightness?
➤ Is my NEOOS®X defective or do I just need to adjust the brightness? -
Check if the ON/OFF button gives tactile feedback (resistance).
➤ If there is no resistance, the button may be damaged.
⚠️ Still Not Working?
If your NEOOS® still does not respond after performing all the above steps, a technical defect may be the cause.
