Follow these steps one by one:

Check if the File is Selected for Playback
Ensure that the playback checkbox is activated for your file in the NEOOS® player. -
Verify the File Format
Only mp3 or WAV files can be played. Check if the file format is correct. -
Check the File Name
The file names of KOSYS® Subliminal files should not be altered.
For your own MP3 files, ensure that the file names contain only Latin letters.

Perform a Reset
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, perform a reset.
