💡 Is My NEOOS®11 defective or do I just need to adjust the brightness?

🛠️ How to Adjust the Brightness:

1. Turn on your NEOOS®11 by pressing the side On/Off button.

2. Once on the start screen, tap the touch display to enter the Home menu.

3. In the Home menu (you’ll see 6 icons), tap the “Settings” icon ⚙️.

4. You’ll now be in the Settings menu, which includes 5 options.

5. Tap the sun icon ☀️ to access the brightness settings.

6. You’ll now see a slider — move it left or right to increase or decrease the screen brightness according to your preference.

7. Once you’ve adjusted it, exit the menu by tapping the “back” arrow.

✅ Done! Your screen should now be clearly visible. If it was just a brightness issue, your NEOOS®11 is perfectly fine.
