If your computer does not recognize the player of your NEOOS®11, it's advisable to reformat the player's drive. Formatting will clean the drive, and usually, data transfer speeds will improve afterward.
⚠️ Important to Note Before Starting the Formatting Process:

Backup your data from both players before starting the formatting process.
1️⃣ Open the "Computer Management" Tool

Click on "Start" and search for "Computer Management".
2️⃣ Run as Administrator

Right-click on "Computer Management" and select "Run as Administrator".
3️⃣ Select the Disk

Choose the disk associated with your NEOOS®11.
⚠️ Warning: All files on both players will be erased during this process, so make sure to back up your data before proceeding!
4️⃣ Delete the Volume of Player 1

Right-click on Player 1 and select "Delete Volume", then confirm this action.
5️⃣ Delete the Volume of Player 2 (if available)

If Player 2 is present, right-click on Player 2, then select "Delete Volume" and confirm.
6️⃣ Disconnect and Restart the NEOOS®11

Unplug your NEOOS®11 from the computer and restart it.
7️⃣ Reformatting Message

Note: When it starts up, the "eMMC" format will briefly appear. This means the device is automatically reformatting its storage.
8️⃣ Reconnect the NEOOS®11

After restarting, reconnect your NEOOS®11 to your computer. Both drives should now be visible again.
9️⃣ Restore Backup Data

In the next step, transfer your backup files back onto the respective players and reload them.
