How to properly charge your NEOOS®11

Before your first use, it's important to fully charge your NEOOS®11. A complete charging cycle takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. We recommend leaving your device connected for this full time during the initial charge.

⚠️ Note:
The charging cable connects via a magnetic contact. In some positions, the cable may lose connection. Always ensure a secure and stable attachment to avoid interruptions.

This guide shows you the best method for charging your NEOOS®11 effectively.

1️⃣ Place your NEOOS®11 on its front side

Place the device gently face-down on its display, as shown in the example image.

2️⃣ Connect the magnetic charging cable

Attach the charging cable to the back of the NEOOS®11 and make sure the magnet holds it firmly in place.
📌 Important: Once connected, do not move the cable to prevent losing contact.

⏱️ Now let it charge uninterrupted

Leave your NEOOS®11 in this position for 2 to 3 hours to ensure a full charge.
💡 After this, your device is ready to use!
