How to turn the NEOOS®11 on or off

🔋 Turning the NEOOS®11 On:

To turn on your NEOOS®11, simply press and hold the side button for a few seconds. Once the NEOOS®11 starts up, the screen will turn on.

If your NEOOS®11 does not respond, it could be because it needs to be recharged or it might already be on and simply needs to be unlocked.

⏹️ Turning the NEOOS®11 Off:

To turn off your NEOOS®11, follow these steps:

1. Unlock the NEOOS®11 (see the section above).

   • You can tell it’s unlocked when the display gets slightly brighter.

2. Press and hold the side button briefly until you see the "Shut down?" prompt.

3. Select the checkmark to confirm and the NEOOS®11 will turn off.
