How to perform a software update on your NEOOS®11

Sometimes, a new software update becomes available for the NEOOS®11.
You will usually receive it via email directly from us.

If you didn’t receive it, you can also click here to download the update.

📥 Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Download the update file to your computer.
   ❗ Do not try to open the file.
   You will find it in your Downloads folder.

   ✅ The file must be named exactly: Neoos11.updx
   ⚠️ If the file has a suffix like (1) or (2), delete all previous versions of Neoos11.updx in your Downloads folder and download it again.

🛠️ Install the Update:

1. Connect your NEOOS®11 to your computer using a USB cable.
   Two folders will appear: Player 1 and Player 2.

2. Open the folder "Player 1" by double-clicking on it.

3. Move the Neoos11.updx file from your Downloads folder into the "Player 1" folder.
   You can drag and drop it, or use right-click → “Copy” and then right-click → “Paste”.

4. Safely disconnect your NEOOS®11 from the computer.

5. Turn off the NEOOS®11.

6. Now, turn it back on.
   You will see the message “Updating” appear on the screen.

7. Once the “Updating” message disappears, your device is ready to use again.

✅ Your NEOOS®11 is now updated!
