⚙️ Factors That Can Affect Battery Life

Actual runtime may vary depending on several factors, including:

• Volume level

• Selected carrier frequency

• Brightness setting of the display

• Skin resistance (e.g., dry skin, stress, etc.)

• Signal contact quality (e.g., dry skin or dense hair on the arm may delay optimal contact with vibration transmitters)

🔄 Optimal battery performance is typically achieved after 20 to 30 full charge cycles.

There is no memory effect, meaning you can recharge the battery at any level without reducing its capacity.

Important Battery Tips

• Always turn off your NEOOS® device when not in use to avoid unnecessary battery drain.

• Batteries naturally age over time, even without use.

• To maintain battery health and avoid deep discharge:

  • Recharge your device to about 60% every few weeks when not in regular use.
