Why can’t I turn off the NEOOS® while it’s plugged In?

Explanation

The charging process is monitored by the NEOOS® software.
For this reason, the device must remain turned on while charging.

This is why you cannot switch off the NEOOS® when it’s connected to a power source.

 This is completely normal and intended by design to ensure safe and efficient charging.
