1. Orders
In general, an invoice can be issued without VAT if:

You, as a customer, are ordering from outside the EU and have the package shipped to an address outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland).

You, as a company located within the EU, place the order with a valid VAT ID. (The VAT ID must be provided before placing the order in your customer account).
2. VAT Refund

1. If you have ordered from outside the EU and the order is shipped to your address (e.g., Switzerland), the invoice will already be issued without VAT. In this case, a refund is not possible.

2. If you have ordered from outside the EU and the order is shipped within Germany, the German statutory VAT will be applied. Please note that if the product is later moved to a country outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), KOSYS® will not refund VAT for such transactions.
