Here is a short guide with various options that you can try yourself if you cannot hear the subliminal file or your own files loaded onto the NEOOS®. It is important to note that the subliminal file for the NEOOS® is not intended for active listening.
1. Check if the stickers/hygiene seals on the vibration pads are removed.
2. 💻 Ensure the file you downloaded to your PC was fully downloaded from the download area. This may take several minutes depending on the file size. If the file was not completely downloaded, the NEOOS® will not be able to play it.
3. Verify that the file is fully loaded onto the NEOOS®. It may take up to 5 minutes. If you disconnect or move the transfer cable before the file is fully loaded, it may show up on the NEOOS®, but it won't play as the transfer is incomplete.
4. 📝 Keep file names short for your own files. If the file name is too long, it may appear but not play correctly.
5. 📂 Check the number of files on the NEOOS®: Up to 30 files per player work correctly. More than that may cause issues. We recommend only loading the files that you actively use for better organisation and control.
6. ✅ Ensure the file is selected on the NEOOS®. You should see a small white circle with a checkmark next to the file. Only then will the subliminal file be transnitted passively through the skin.
