What is Pink Noise?
Pink noise is a broadband sound signal that includes all frequencies audible to the human ear.
How It Works:
When you listen to pink noise, it balances the activity between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This effect usually begins within 8 to 12 minutes of use.
The stimulation created by pink noise is similar to a sound massage.
Important Note:
It does not matter whether you can hear well or not — even people with hearing loss can benefit from this effect. This has been confirmed through biofeedback testing.
Benefits of Pink Noise:
-
Faster mental and physical recovery
-
Activation of the body's self-healing abilities
-
Improved concentration
-
Increased capacity to absorb and process information
