PREPARATION
In this short article, we'll show you how to transfer subliminal files to your device. Before you start transferring files to your NEOOS®, first save your course's Subliminal files to your computer. You can easily download them from the learning platform. For FNPLY®, there is only one subliminal file.
Important: Subliminal files are the only files that should be transferred to the NEOOS®.
TRANSFER FILES TO YOUR NEOOS®
-
Connect the NEOOS® to your computer
Use the USB cable included in the package to connect your NEOOS® to your computer. Your NEOOS® will show up as an external drive on your computer.-
If your NEOOS® is not recognized by the computer, check the troubleshooting section.
-
-
Find Player 1 and Player 2
On the computer, the NEOOS® will appear as two separate drives: PLAYER 1 and PLAYER 2.
-
PLAYER 1 will have the default file "Naturesound-Balance-G.mp3," which promotes balance and harmony.
-
PLAYER 2 is empty by default.
-
Transfer the Subliminal file
You can choose which content to put in each player. We recommend transferring the FNPLY® Subliminal file to PLAYER 2, as it is empty. This ensures that the FNPLY® Subliminal file will play continuously.-
To transfer: Drag and drop the FNPLY® Subliminal file into PLAYER 2. Alternatively, you can right-click the folder, select "Copy," then go into PLAYER 2 and right-click "Paste."
-
Note:
On the NEOOS®11, you can only create folders at one level. Do not create subfolders within these folders, as they will not be visible on the device.
FINISHING UP
Once you’ve transferred the file, safely eject your NEOOS® from the computer. Then, on your NEOOS®, tap the file (it will show a checkmark next to it) that you want to play.
DELETE FILES
Finished with your language training and want to delete the files? No problem!
-
Delete: Right-click on the files and select "Delete" or drag them to the trash.
-
Empty the trash: Make sure to empty the trash to ensure the files are fully deleted and no longer take up space.
Tip: It's always a good idea to empty the trash right after deleting files to free up space
