The transmission is not working

 Checking the Link Indicator on Your NEOOS®

Before use, always check the Link indicator to confirm proper contact with the skin:

• If skin contact is established, the Link indicator will light up green.

• If not, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Optimizing Skin Contact

TIP: Dry skin or high stress levels can increase skin resistance, delaying contact.
To improve contact:

• Lightly moisten the transmitter pads.

• Apply a small amount of cream to the skin.

• Always ensure adequate hydration (drink enough water).

 Uploading the Correct Files to Your NEOOS®

To function correctly, only use mp3 audio files. Double-check that your files are:

• In .mp3 format

• Properly installed on the device

• On NEOOS®11, the file will not be played at all.

Course Content & Custom Files

• Downloading course data: Follow course-specific download instructions.

• Saving files to the NEOOS®11: Connect via USB and copy the files as described in the instructions.

Custom Audio Files

If you're using your own .mp3 audio, you won't hear the default water sounds.
