If your computer does not detect your NEOOS® device, please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
1. Use the Original Data Cable

Always use the original NEOOS® data cable, which is four-pin.

Two-pin USB cables are not compatible and will not establish a proper connection between your NEOOS® and the computer.
2. Check Battery Level

Make sure your NEOOS® is sufficiently charged before connecting it to your PC or Mac.
3. Test Different USB Ports or Computers
-
Try connecting the device to a different USB port on your computer.

If that doesn’t work, test it on a different computer altogether.
This helps determine whether the issue lies with your device or your computer.
4. Perform a Reset

If your NEOOS® is still not recognized, perform a device reset.
5. Still Not Recognized?
If your NEOOS® remains undetected:

After trying multiple computers
-
Using a different data cable
-
And performing multiple resets
→ It is likely that a hardware defect is present.
